Chicken/Tuna Muffalata Salad

Chicken or Tuna Muffaletta Salad infused with Olive Muffalata
- Single serving of Canned White Chicken or Tuna
- 2 tbsp Olive Muffalata (Lightly drained)
- *Optional* ½ - 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Thoroughly drain Chicken/Tuna
- Add to a medium or large mixing bowl.
- Add Olive Muffalata (Lightly drained with fork) & Mayonnaise.
- Mix together until very consistent.
- Chill for 1 - 2 hours if time allows before serving.
- If pre chilled, re-toss and taste. Additional Olive Muffalata or Mayonnaise may be necessary for moisture & flavor.
- Top shredded Parmesan Cheese before serving.
